SOILWORK

A founding force in the Gothenburg-style melodic death metal scene, Soilwork returns to Tuska. Formed in 1995, Soilwork has released numerous acclaimed albums over the years, including “Natural Born Chaos” (2002), “Stabbing the Drama” (2005), “The Living Infinite” (2013), and their most recent release, “Övergivenheten” (2022), which proves the band is still firing on all cylinders. The album holds special significance for Soilwork, as it became the final work of guitarist David Andersson, who tragically passed away shortly after its release.

Soilwork has always shared a special connection with Finland and Finnish fans. Throughout their lengthy career, the band has enjoyed remarkable popularity here in these neck of the woods and has consistently received enthusiastic feedback for everything they do. So with that in mind, Tuska is more than ready to welcome Soilwork back to Suvilahti to get the party started once again
