INSOMNIUM AND OMNIUM GATHERUM TO TOUR FINLAND IN EARLY 2025

The 2014 released long player “Shadows of the Dying Sun” is considered as one of the most significant albums in the career of Finnish melodic death metal pioneers INSOMNIUM. To celebrate the nostalgic days, the quartet from Joensuu will be performing this exact milestone at its fullest while an extensive tour run throughout Finland in early 2025. The “Beyond the Shadows of The Dying Sun” tour will kick off on February 7th in Lutakko, Jyväskylä and leads the band to Helsinki, Tampere, Turku, Kuopio, Joensuu, Kouvola and Kempele. 

INSOMNIUM will be supported by the six-piece metal matadors OMNIUM GATHERUM who will extend the celebration by performing their 2013 released record “Beyond”.

“For our upcoming tour we are bringing nostalgia back on stage while performing our entire 2014 album “Shadows Of The Dying Sun” as well as a couple of additional songs. As a special gift we are brining our friends of Omnium Gatherum as support who will be playing their 2013 released record “Beyond” at its fullest. When we announced the EU run of this tour package earlier this year, we received a lot of disappointment from our Finnish fans. Don’t worry, your wishes have been heard and we more than excited to announce that we are bringing this tour to Finland as well”, Insomnium states.
