SABATON TO PERFORM AT VEIKKAUS ARENA, HELSINKI IN MAY 2027
One of the world’s leading metal acts, the Swedish heavy metal powerhouse Sabaton, will perform at Veikkaus Arena in Helsinki on May 8, 2027. The concert is part of the band’s massive “The Legendary Tour Part 2,” supporting their latest album ”Legends”.
Founded in Falun, Sweden in 1999, Sabaton has released eleven albums telling true historical stories through the medium of heavy metal. Known for their massive and highly immersive live productions, the band has filled arenas worldwide. Their last spectacular performances in Finland took place in spring 2023.
Sabaton’s journey into history extends far beyond albums and live shows. In 2019, the band launched the Sabaton History Channel on YouTube, and has also produced the animated film ”The War To End All Wars – The Movie”. The film served as the centerpiece of the “History Rocks” museum project, involving more than 140 museums worldwide, with the goal of raising awareness of the importance of understanding history and encouraging people to visit museums.
The Veikkaus Arena concert will be opened by The Legendary Orchestra.
