Tuska 2026: Balance Breach added to the program

Finnish modern metal outfit Balance Breach has been added to the Tuska 2026 lineup. Balance Breach will replace The Callous Daoboys, who are dropping out of the program and cancelling their Tuska appearance, citing increased logistical costs. Below is The Callous Daoboys’ statement regarding the matter. “Despite our best intentions, with the rising costs of transport and logistical challenges, we’ve been left with no choice but to cancel our performance at Tuska Festival. We look forward to our next visit to Finland and will make it up to you in the future.”

Things come full circle when Balance Breach takes the stage at Tuska 2026. The Mikkeli-based squad isn’t in for their first rodeo; Balance Breach already got a feel of the Tuska stage back in 2019, when they won the coveted Tuska Thursday band competition and earned a slot at the 2019 edition of the festival.
